THE POST FOR WORK
MECHANIC AGRICULTURAL
3.1.1 WORK PROCESS
The mechanic agricultural performs agricultural works (ploughing, preparing seed bed (discussed, scarified), sowing, crop maintenance (weeding), fertilized, herbicided, freed land from plant residues, operations of machinery repairs, grain transport, fertilizers, materials), internal work and cleaning.
3.1.2 THE COMPONENT ELEMENTS OF THE EVALUATED WORK SYSTEM
MEANS OF PRODUCTION
Tractors U 650;
Sowers;
MA – for spreading chemical fertilizers;
Car herbicide;
Disks;
Harrows;
Sowers;
Combiners;
Rollers;
Trailers;
Fuel;
pesticides, herbicides;
Garbage;
Byproducts;
Products agricultural.
THE PREGNANCY FOR WORK
• Performs agricultural work mechanized: ploughing, preparation of the seedbed (discus, scarified), sowing, crop maintenance (sowing), fertilized, herbicided and freeing the land of plant residues.
• Drive, maneuver and operates tractors, agricultural machinery and assemblies tractor-trailer, both in the premises and on the agricultural lands, as and on access roads or public roads, as the case may be.
• Mount, connect, disconnects, adjusts and checks equipment and devices related to the machinery before starting work.
• Execute the transport cereals, fertilizers and necessary materials the activity.
• Perform operations of maintenance and repairs to machines and subassemblies, including operations with hand tools, the drill, the grinder and after case, welding works.
• Handle parts, subassemblies, wheels, materials and agricultural products within operations, maintenance and repairs.
• Use and manipulate fuels, oils, greases, pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers in specific activities.
• Performs internal work and cleaning, as well as preparation and maintenance operations of the workplace in appropriate condition.
THE ENVIRONMENT FOR WORK
• The activity is taking place both in the open air, on agricultural land and access roads, as well as in the tractor cabin and in the areas or spaces where perform maintenance and repair operations.
• The air temperature varies depending on the season, with high values in summer and low values in winter, the worker being exposed to the climatic conditions specific to the activity outside.
• Drafts may occur, including as a result of the leaky cabin of the U 650 tractor.
• Noise is present in during the operation of tractors, machinery and equipment, with some short-term exceedances of the value of 87 dB(A).
• The vibrations are generated by the operation of the machines, the movement on uneven ground and lack of suspension.
• In the atmosphere they can exist pneumoconiogenic dusts (dust), especially when moving on the road, to agricultural works and loading or tipping operations.
• Gases may also be present toxic vapors resulting from the use of phytosanitary products, as well as gases and vapors specific to welding operations.
• Microorganisms may exist in suspension in air resulting from the handling of natural products vegetation, as well as dangerous animals or insects (rats, dogs, wasps).

INTERPRETATION
RESULTS ASSESSMENTS FOR
THE POST FOR WORK
The calculated global risk level for the job is equal to 3,13, value that places it in the category of jobs with risk level unacceptable.
The result is supported by "Evaluation sheet ”, from which it can be seen that from the total of 57 identified risk factors (Fig. 1 ), 6 exceed, as a partial level of risk, value 3: 0 falling into the category of risk factors maximum, 0 falling into the category of risk factors very big, 0 falling into the category of risk factors big, again the others 6 falling into the category of medium risk factors.
Those 6 risk factors that are in the unacceptable range are:
F13 |
Vibrations excessive movements of the machines when moving on uneven ground (missing suspension). |
- N.V.P.R. |
4 |
F14 |
Burn thermal damage caused by the contact of the epidermis with splashes, sparks, slag, high temperature surfaces (welding beads, recently welded parts, etc.), accidental contact with surfaces very hot (eg: chips, sparks, etc.) |
- N.V.P.R. |
4 |
F23 |
Powders pneumoconiogenic (dust) when moving on the road, tipping, etc. |
- N.V.P.R. |
4 |
F30 |
Execution of dangerous manoeuvres: without visibility, with unsuitable speed the work, when moving on the slope or on the level curve, to turns with trailer coupling |
- N.V.P.R. |
4 |
F56 |
Omission operations to ensure his own security |
- N.V.P.R. |
4 |
F57 |
Non-use the means of protection provided. |
- N.V.P.R. |
4 |
For diminishing or eliminating those 6 risk factors (which are in the unacceptable range), are necessary measures generically presented in "Measures sheet proposed” for the job
In regarding the distribution of risk factors by source generators, the situation is as follows (see Fig. 2 ):
31,58%, own factors means production;
15,79%, own factors the environment of work;
3,51%, own factors the pregnancy of work;
49,12%, own factors the worker.
From the analysis Evaluation sheets it is found that 73,68% among the identified risk factors may have consequences irreversible on the worker (DEATH or DISABILITY)
